Terms of Service
- Use of the Service
1.1 You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
1.2 You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
1.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- User Content
2.1 The Service may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that User Content.
2.2 By posting or sharing User Content on the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute that User Content.
- Intellectual Property
3.1 The Service and its original content (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Flamewall and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both United States and foreign countries.
3.2 You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, except as expressly authorized by us.
- Termination
4.1 We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
4.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
- Limitation of Liability
5.1 In no event shall Flamewall, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
